Xavier qualified in Belgium at the ISA St Luc in Brussels. He joined GLH in 1994, became a partner in 1997 and took over the management of the company as managing director in 2005. Xavier leads the practice as the principal designer where his meticulous eye for detail and design is critical in every project. His experience includes a range of corporate & commercial office developments, residential and mixed use scheme, and his skill as an architect and urban planner are brought to bear in all his work. Xavier is a professional Architect registered with SACAP and SAIA.

Clifford Kupritz, qualified in Johannesburg with BSc (Construction), BCom Honours (Finance), and is registered as a PR CPM (from the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professionals). After qualifying, Clifford spent several years in Cape Town in construction, working on high end residential developments in both project and construction management. After returning to Johannesburg to complete a finance degree in 2001, he joined ABSA Commercial Property Finance where he served in various capacities including the role of Regional Manager for Gauteng, Free State and the Northern Cape divisions aswell as Africa. He joined New City Group as their Development Manager and was responsible for the development of several landmark buildings in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Clifford has also been the CEO of an AltX listed company and lectured in the Faculty of Engineering and the School of Construction Economics and Management at the University of Witwatersrand from 2001 – 2017. Since 2007 Clifford founded a professional services business financing and developing landmarks around South Africa
